Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel or change your order? Let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be in processing, and changes might not be possible. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

How to return:

Fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email support@nuverry.com. Include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order for a faster resolution.

Damaged Items

We take extra care in packaging, but if your product arrives damaged (excluding packaging dents with an intact product), notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
To report damage email support@nuverry.com with a clear photo of the damaged item. We will assess if you qualify for a free replacement.
Note: We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we work hard to deliver orders on time, Nuverry isn’t responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, customs delays). For delivery concerns please contact the courier directly.
Important: We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If incorrect and not updated within 24 hours of ordering, Nuverry cannot offer resends or refunds.
